Can I request a custom design?
Yes. Many products can be customised with names, short messages, Bible verses, colours, photos or design notes depending on the listing.
Do you make party items?
Yes. The Cozy Press is not only for gifts. We can also provide party details such as cake toppers, labels and customised pieces for special events.
How do I send photos or wording?
If a product needs a photo or custom text, the product popup or product page will ask for the details before checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
If pickup is available, you can choose pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready with the pickup address and time slot.
Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery may be available within the current radius set by The Cozy Press. If your address is eligible, it will show at checkout.
Can I return a custom item?
Personalised items are made specifically for you, so change-of-mind returns are usually not available. Contact us if there is an issue with your order.
