Shipping, pickup and returns.

Most Cozy Press pieces are made to order. This page explains how delivery, pickup and custom order returns work before you place an order.

Standard delivery is available for orders outside our local delivery area. Delivery prices are shown at checkout before payment.

When your order is shipped, we will send a status update with tracking details when available.

Pickup may be available for local customers. When your order is ready, we will send you the pickup address, date and time slot.

Please wait for the ready-for-pickup email before coming to collect your order.

Local delivery may be offered within our selected radius. The radius and fee may change depending on availability.

If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear during checkout.

Because many items are custom made, personalised items cannot usually be returned for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can help.
